WHO IT HELPS

Train a useful work skill.

For English QWERTY learners practicing the lower letter row before workplace messages.

How to practice

Reach Z/X/C with left little/ring/middle fingers, V/B with the left index, and N/M with the right index. Use a thumb for spaces and return to home row.

Common mistakes

Keep wrists comfortable rather than twisting to reach a key. This exercise covers bottom-row letters; punctuation is practiced separately.

Suggested training time

Start with 5–10 minutes. Take breaks and stop if typing causes discomfort. Accurate input comes before speed.
