WHO IT HELPS

Train a useful work skill.

For English-speaking office staff and job applicants practicing short workplace messages.

How to practice

Copy one short work message at a time, including punctuation. Enter submits the message.

Common mistakes

Preserve sentence capitalization, order references and punctuation. Reading ahead is useful; rushing past numbers can reduce final accuracy.

Suggested training time

Start with 5–10 minutes. Take breaks and stop if typing causes discomfort. Accurate input comes before speed.

Common questions

Is this an employer assessment?

No. This is independent practice with synthetic examples. Employers set their own formats, deadlines and scoring.

Do I need to sign in?

Practice, reports and training plans are free without an account. Sign in only to save your history and plan progress.

Will the same text repeat?

This page uses 16 prepared fictional messages. Each generated batch draws from a shuffled bank without repeats until that bank is exhausted. Longer sessions and later visits can repeat messages.

Does this measure writing quality?

No. You copy prepared messages. It measures input pace and exact transcription, not grammar judgment or original writing.

What does WPM mean for these sentences?

WPM uses five submitted characters as one standard word. Spaces and punctuation count, so it is not a count of dictionary words.
