WHO IT HELPS

Train a useful work skill.

For office workers and applicants practicing concise English email sentences.

How to practice

Type the displayed sentence and submit with Enter.

Common mistakes

Keep names, commas, sentence endings and time formats exact. Enter submits the sentence; it does not add a line break.

Suggested training time

Start with 5–10 minutes. Take breaks and stop if typing causes discomfort. Accurate input comes before speed.

Common questions

Is this an employer assessment?

No. This is independent practice with synthetic examples. Employers set their own formats, deadlines and scoring.

Do I need to sign in?

Practice, reports and training plans are free without an account. Sign in only to save your history and plan progress.

Will the same text repeat?

This page uses 16 prepared fictional messages. Each generated batch draws from a shuffled bank without repeats until that bank is exhausted. Longer sessions and later visits can repeat messages.

Does the exercise send emails?

No. Nothing here is sent to a recipient. You copy fictional email sentences in the practice tool.

Can I practice a full email with paragraphs?

This page currently practices one short sentence per entry. It does not simulate an email editor or attachment workflow.
