WHO IT HELPS

Train a useful work skill.

For customer-support applicants and agents who type order updates, confirmations and follow-up replies.

How to practice

Read each fictional reply, copy it exactly and review recurring mistakes.

Common mistakes

Watch contractions, punctuation and small omitted words. This is copy practice; do not rewrite a reply while the tool expects an exact match.

Suggested training time

Start with 5–10 minutes. Take breaks and stop if typing causes discomfort. Accurate input comes before speed.

Common questions

Is this an employer assessment?

No. This is independent practice with synthetic examples. Employers set their own formats, deadlines and scoring.

Do I need to sign in?

Practice, reports and training plans are free without an account. Sign in only to save your history and plan progress.

Will the same text repeat?

This page uses 16 prepared fictional messages. Each generated batch draws from a shuffled bank without repeats until that bank is exhausted. Longer sessions and later visits can repeat messages.

Does this simulate a live customer conversation?

No. These are prepared fictional replies. It does not evaluate customer judgment, ticket handling or employer policy.

How should I use the results?

Review recurring transcription errors, repeat with fresh replies and compare the same duration. Combine keyboard practice with your employer’s communication training.
